He is married to his cousin with a son, Taamer, and a daughter, Reeham, who is also an actor. He started his career playing stage roles like; “Gulfidaan Haanem i.e. Lady Gulfidaan (1962)”, “Soulymaan al-Halaby (1965)”, “Thalaat Layaaly i.
