Nadia Lorencz Biography
Nadia Abena Lorencz is a stunt performer, born on September 6, in Farmington, Minnesota. Her early credits include stunt doubling for Kearran Giovanni in American Soul and Celeste O’Connor in Freaky, both in 2020. She made her Marvel Cinematic Universe debut that same year, doubling for Teyonah Parris in WandaVision, and also performed stunts in the CW series Black Lightning.
In 2021, Lorencz ed the Loki cast as the stunt double for Gugu Mbatha-Raw’s character Ravonna Renslayer, contributing to six episodes of the series. Lorencz continued to alternate between Marvel and DC productions, doubling Samantha Marie Ware in Doom Patrol and performing stunts in She‑Hulk: Attorney at Law. Her first big-screen MCU credit came in 2022 when she doubled Letitia Wright in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
She also contributed stunts to the Ironheart series. In 2024, she expanded her filmography by ing the fight team of Jackpot!. Parallel to her stunt work, Lorencz has landed small acting roles since 2021. She appeared as a robber in MacGyver, a lieutenant in Black Lightning, and a kayaker in Nyad, often performing her stunts in these roles.
Her work has been recognised by the Screen Actors Guild, earning her two nominations: one in 2022 for Loki (Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Comedy or Drama Series) and another in 2023 for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Motion Picture).
