It's a whole new world of possible profits for Disney.

The studio released new takes on two of its classic animated movies, "Aladdin's" billion dollar worldwide haul, Disney is reportedly considering making a sequel to the live-action hit.

Producer Dan Lin told Comicbook.com that the film's team is having early conversations around a potential sequel.

"We’d love to," Lin said of making a follow-up. "People clearly loved the movie and watched it multiple times and we get lots of fan letters and people asking us to make 'Return [of] Jafar,' and I can just tell you that we’re in early stages right now, but we’re certainly talking about another movie."

He added, "Like with 'Aladdin,' it will not be a straight remake of any movie that’s been made before, so we’re looking at where’s the best way to go with these characters."

The original 1992 animated classic had two direct-to-video sequels "Return to Jafar" and "Aladdin and the King of Thieves."

And considering how the live-action version ends, it's entirely possible that a sequel could follow the further adventures of Jafar. Or perhaps the globe-trotting journey of Genie (Will Smith) and his new family.
