The "Masters of the Universe" reboot seems to have found its He-Man.

his work in the "Charlie's Angels" reboot. Sony has not commented.

The 1987 film was based on a line of toys from Mattel and starred Lundgren alongside Courteney Cox. It centered on He-Man's battle against the evil Skeletor (Langella) in the land of Eternia. The reboot's script comes from Matt Holloway and Art Marcum, after executive producer David S. Goyer penned an earlier draft. Brothers Aaron and Adam Nee will direct.

He-Man would be another major role for Centineo after he stole millions of hearts with the 2018 Netflix rom-com "To All the Boys I've Loved Before." The actor has been cast as in multiple films since then, including "Charlie's Angels," "The Perfect Date," and "Valet."

Escape Artists' Todd Black, Jason Blumenthal, and Steve Tisch will produce.
