If Mirren seems an odd choice for this franchise, think again. In fact, the actress lobbied for a part. "My great ambition is to be in a 'Fast and Furious' movie. I so want to be a mad driver in a 'Fast and Furious' movie," she said in an interview, in which she also called Diesel "brilliant."
