The Thuggasaurs plot a surprise attack on the Thunderlizards using Thuggasaur robots.

Eek, Elmo, Mittens and Sharky are quarantined together after an infestation of Sharktarian fleas.
8. Arctic Blast
Bill and Scooter have made it to the arctic, where the Thunderlizards try to destroy them using the Aurora Borealis missile.

Eek tries to get a octopus back to the ocean.

Mrs. Heap invites Kopp and Vanna on a family visit to the aquarium where Klutter goes missing.

Eek's cousin from Milwaukee, Cat, gets Eek to participate in some extreme sports.

General Galopagos has a tabloid reporter to put up with, while the Thunderlizards take up gardening.

Eek gets cast as the lead of John Landis' next film, which is about a watermelon getting crushed by stampeding elephants.

While at a science fair, Klutter gets kidnapped by a mad scientist.

Klutter and the kids try to return a lost turtle to it's home.

Eek and Sharky take a quail to the birth places of various music.

The Thunderlizards become trapped on a Thuggasaur submarine and have to stop them from sinking the President's boat.

Klutter and the kids discover mutant potatoes bent on world domination.

Scooter tries inventing sports. Meanwhile, the Thunderlizards get a new weapon, sticky goop, to catch the humans.

The Thunderlizards' new weapon causes more trouble for Jurassic City than for Bill and Scooter.

The Thunderlizards have trouble with their rocket packs and have to stop the Thuggasaurs from burrowing under Jurassic City.
