Teams of real-estate flippers compete to see who can make the most money off of homes they purchase sight unseen at auction in the opener of this series.
2. Planes, Trains and Auctions
A four-bedroom abode in Los Gatos, Cal., and a property in San Jose that includes an expensive trailer are among the houses available at auction. Also: Josh sees potential in a home, but has trouble selling Alicia on the place.
3. Accentuating the Positive
Two teams compete for a four-bedroom property in Newark, Cal., which is on a coveted corner lot; Greg sets his sights on winning a Concord home, because he recalls attending a party there in high school and being blown away by the interior; Mike and Manly are determined to get their hands on a mid-century modern home in Saratoga.
4. Big Surprise in a Country Oasis
Three residences in the Bay Area are up for auction, including a charming two-bedroom house in Redwood City, Cal.; an updated property near good schools in San Jose; and a rare country home in the city of Sunnyvale.
5. Turning a mold infested home into a gold mine
A mid-century modern home in Silicon Valley is up for auction, along with a three-bedroom residence and a fixer-upper ranch, both in San Jose.
6. Going Dutch
Two of the flippers fall in love with the Dutch architectural details of a four-bedroom home in Santa Clara, Cal. Meanwhile, Greg and Beau hope to erase their bad memories of a neighborhood with the purchase of a house that Rick and Vinny also want to buy.
7. Rebuilding Little Italy
A two-bedroom home in San Jose with a great downtown location interests two of the teams; Alisha falls for the charm of an abode, while Josh has concerns about the amount of work it needs; Rick and Vinny make plans for a San Francisco row house that also has Dom and Krista intrigued.
8. Surprise,This Room Sucks
Two teams believe a small house in Los Altos, Cal., will sell for big money; Josh and Alisha have a difference of opinion when it comes to a five-bedroom home in Sunnyvale; and Alisha is determined to win a Mediterranean-style abode in Santa Clara.
9. Flippin' the Bird
Todd and Michael compete against Rick and Vinny for a two-bedroom condo in the upscale residential community of Saratoga, Cal.
10. Flipped for a King
Alisha is excited about a four-bedroom unfinished home in San Jose; Michael worries about the cleanup involved with a Spanish-style abode; and Rick and Vinny are shocked by what they discover while touring a townhouse in Los Gatos, Cal.
11. Rebuilding the Past
A five-bedroom Victorian home in Santa Clara, Cal., brings out the sentimental side of two teams.
12. 70's Nightmare
Houses up for auction in the San Francisco Bay Area include a five-bedroom fixer-upper with a pool and a home with a well-manicured lawn and a clean exterior. Also: Todd and Michael see dollar signs, but first they have to outbid Josh and Alisha.
13. Welcome to the Jungle
Todd and Michael are interested in a two-bedroom Victorian in Los Gatos, Cal., but they'll have to outbid Rick and Vinny to get it. Also: Overgrown landscaping is a concern for Mike and Manly, who check out two houses that have the potential to be expensive to clean up.
